Chicken Stuffed Poblano Peppers
Our Chicken Stuffed Poblano Peppers may very well become one of your favorite Southwestern style dishes to make at home. Mild poblano peppers are roasted, then stuffed with a deliciously spicy chicken filling, and topped with pepper jack cheese.
