Healthier Lemon Mint Aioli
Our Healthier Lemon Mint Aioli has all the flavor but only half the fat of traditional aioli recipes. Made with fresh mint, lemon zest and juice, garlic, Greek yogurt, and yes…mayonnaise, this delicious spread will enhance any sandwich. With its Mediterranean flavor profile, it’s the perfect condiment for our Turkey Feta Burger. And, it’s terrific on beef burgers and grilled chicken sandwiches, too!
Turkey Feta Burger
Our Turkey Feta Burger recipe is moist and packed with Mediterranean ingredients. Greek-style feta cheese, herbs, green onions, and garlic give this burger tons of flavor. This healthy turkey burger is grilled, then nestled between whole grain burger buns, and accompanied with your choice of toppings. Our favorites condiments for this Turkey Feta Burger are our Healthier Lemon Mint Aioli, baby arugula, tomatoes, country Dijon mustard, and our Quick Pickled Onions. Without the bun, this recipe is keto friendly!
Lemony Pearl Couscous
Lemony Pearl Couscous is a quick and easy side dish that makes any meal more interesting. A few simple ingredients turn tri-color pearl couscous into something really special. Sautéed with fresh lemon zest and shallots, this Israeli couscous has a savory and lemony flavor that will make you want seconds. This healthy side dish is surprisingly low in calories, and offers a more unique, and almost boba-like texture than traditional couscous. And, it’s great served with vegetables, and chicken or fish. Can easily be made vegetarian or vegan.
